Detlef Ganz joined the board in February 2005. He is responsible for sales and distribution, marketing and product development.

Werner Magin, member of the BITO managing board since 2007, is responsible for production, plant construction and equipment, plant maintenance, tool construction, process engineering, procurement and workflow planning.
